Job Description: Job Title: Director ( GenAI Solution ) Location: Noida/ Chennai Experience Required: 15-20 years in IT, with a focus on GenAI and Automation Reports To: Principal Architect / CTO Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Generative AI (GenAI) Solution Director to join our GenAI ITO Practice team . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly Generative AI, and a strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and automation . The GenAI Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing GenAI solutions that integrate with both on-premises and cloud environments, aligning with business goals and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design and Architecture: Design and architect innovative GenAI solutions that integrate with existing IT infrastructure. Develop scalable, secure, and efficient AI models and frameworks. Ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and regulatory requirements. 2. Strategy and Planning: Define and lead the AI strategy and roadmap in line with company goals and client needs. Identify emerging AI technologies and trends to enhance current and future solutions. Provide strategic guidance on AI-related initiatives and investments. 3. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to AI engineers and data scientists. Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development within the team. 4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences. Collaborate with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. 5. Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of AI systems and models. Implement AI best practices, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ensuring the continuous evolution of the GenAI practice. Required Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 15-20 years in IT, with at least 5 years focused on AI and Machine Learning technologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and C++. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) . Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises solutions . Expertise in Generative AI technologies: GANs: Experience designing and implementing Generative Adversarial Networks. Transformers: Proficiency in models like GPT, BERT, T5 for NLP tasks. Autoencoders: Experience with Autoencoders and VAEs for data and image generation. Diffusion Models: Experience with AI solutions like DALL-E for creative and image generation. Natural Language Processing (NLP): Expertise in sentiment analysis, language translation, and chatbot development. Computer Vision: Proficiency in image processing, object detection, and image generation. Reinforcement Learning: Understanding and application of reinforcement learning in AI systems. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with advanced GenAI technologies like GPT, DALL-E, etc. Relevant certifications in AI, cloud computing, or related areas. Experience in sectors such as healthcare, finance, or manufacturing. Familiarity with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
