Bito’s first agent, the AI Code Review Agent, enables high quality AI code reviews that cut down human engineering time in pull requests by 50%.
Our founders have previously started, built, and taken a company public (NASDAQ: PUBM), worth well over US$1B. We are looking to take our learnings, learn a lot along with you, and do something more exciting this time. This journey will be incredibly rewarding and incredibly difficult
We are building this company with a hybrid working approach, with our main teams for time zone management in San Francisco Bay Area (United States) and in Pune (India). The founders are based in the Bay Area and in Bangalore.
About you:
You are a marketer that cares. You care about your audience and you care about how great content can make a difference. You are data informed, nimble, and a self-starter. You can be a jack-of-all-trades as needed and have an instinct for self-prioritization. Hopefully, you love software. At Bito, we love software, too.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives
- Own and execute content campaigns that drive weekly, monthly, quarterly key results
- Design and manage an editorial calendar across all content channels, including email, blog, social media, and events
- Write and publish regular blog posts, case studies, and email newsletters
- Script, record, edit, and publish video tutorial content (e.g. YouTube how-tos)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, like product and sales, to provide copy and content for all aspects of the Bito experience
- Measure top of the funnel traffic and track campaign conversion performance
- Engage with, learn from, and support Bito’s growing community of software developers and AI enthusiasts
Requirements:
- 3+ years content marketing or product marketing experience
- Based in or willing to commute to Bito’s Pune/Bangalore, India office
- Keen interest or direct experience within the AI software industry
- Skilled with content and customer management systems e.g. Hubspot, Wordpress
- Proven track record or prioritizing product launch initiatives, campaigns, and experiments based on biggest impact connected to company’s goals
- Experience with SEO, paid, and social media strategies pertinent to driving audience growth
- Experience managing copywriters, contracts, or freelancers
- Tools we use today include HubSpot, Apollo, Loom, WordPress, Mixpanel, Figma, and GitBook
- Familiarity with developer documentation, communities, and hackathons
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a bonus
- Familiarity with AI and LLM technologies a BIG bonus
