Position- Mobile Device Management Analyst

Job Description: The SOTI Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of experience working with SOTI products, particularly SOTI MobiControl, and a strong understanding of enterprise mobility management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and design tailored SOTI-based solutions to meet their needs.

• Assist in the preparation of detailed technical proposals, including technical specifications and configurations.

• Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, ensuring successful implementation and addressing any technical issues.

• Provide technical support to the sales team and clients, answering questions and resolving concerns.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of SOTI products and related technologies.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

• Analyze competitors' products and highlight the advantages of SOTI solutions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions and proposals.

• Provide regular reports on the status of technical evaluations and PoCs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Approximately 2 years of experience working with SOTI products, particularly SOTI MobiControl.

• Strong understanding of enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Sales acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

• Relevant certifications in SOTI or related technologies are a plus.
