Responsible for monitoring sales, balancing finances, maintaining records, and responding to challenges during the shift.Key Responsibilities:Operational & Team ManagementTeam Supervision and LeadershipAssigning Tasks and Delegating Duties EffectivelyProviding Guidance, Motivation, and TrainingEnsuring Operational Targets and KPIs Are MetMonitoring Daily Activities and Adjusting Workflows as NeededCoordinating with Different Departments for Smooth OperationsEnsuring High Standards of Customer Service Are MaintainedHandling Escalated SituationsAddressing MSP Customer Complaints and Resolving Issues in a Timely MannerEnsuring Compliance with Company Policies and RegulationsMonitoring Work Practices to Maintain a Safe and Compliant EnvironmentMaintaining Shift Records, Logs, and ReportsCommunicating Shift Performance and Issues to Upper Management and Ensuring Shift Handover ComplianceReview and Approve TimesheetsWeekly and Monthly Review Calls, Publishing Reports and MetricsCoordination with Offshore and Onsite StakeholdersDelivery & Operations ExcellenceGovernance of Delivery Processes and StandardsRisk and Issue Identification, Tracking, and MitigationEscalation Management and ResolutionSenior-Level Team Management (including L3 Engineers)Performance Management, Career Lattice Planning, and Scorecard ReviewsDefining and Monitoring KRAs and SLAsApplication of ITIL & ITSM FrameworksDriving Delivery Excellence through Continuous Improvement InitiativesTechnical Delivery ExpertiseProven experience in Infrastructure Delivery/Operations across On-Premises and Cloud EnvironmentsHands-on expertise in at least one core technology area:Microsoft AzureAmazon Web Services (AWS)Microsoft 365 (M365)NetworkingDatabase ManagementVirtualization TechnologiesAbility to lead technical teams and drive resolution of complex infrastructure issuesStrong understanding of service delivery models, automation, and cloud migration strategiesCollaboration with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
