Join Pluckk as a Lead – Quality , where you’ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our high standards across production and supply chain operations.About the Role:As a Quality Lead , you’ll oversee food safety and quality assurance systems end-to-end — from raw materials to finished products. You’ll lead audits, mentor QA teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance, consistency, and consumer trust.Key Responsibilities:Lead quality assurance processes across production, packaging, and handling in line with food safety standards and internal SOPs.Supervise and mentor QA executives and frontline quality staff; conduct training sessions and performance reviews.Prepare for and lead internal and external audits (HACCP, FSSAI, ISO); ensure regulatory compliance.Approve raw material quality and oversee product inspections and release processes.Manage customer complaints and non-conformities through effective CAPA and root cause analysis.Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, and reports; generate periodic quality dashboards.Drive process improvements to enhance quality efficiency and reduce waste.Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure consistent quality delivery.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related discipline.5+ years of experience in food QA/QC, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 , and related systems.Proficient in root cause analysis, audit handling, and CAPA management.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Apply Now at with the subject line “Application – Lead Quality | Delhi"
