One Stream Financial Reporting Analyst Shift timining: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm ist work mode remote The One Stream Financial Reporting Analyst will report to the Finance Manager and is responsible for creation and maintenance of One Stream CPM reports and light administration. Responsibilities Financial reporting: Developing, maintaining, and running reports for financial and operational analysis. System support: Ensuring the One Stream platform's integrity and functionality for a variety of financial processes like consolidation, planning, and analysis. Data analysis: Analyzing financial and employee data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making. Process improvement: Identifying opportunities to automate reporting and consolidation processes, often using the One Stream platform. Technical support: Collaborating with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements. Collaboration: Working with various departments, external consultants, and vendors to support planning, or other financial initiatives. Following security administration to secure metadata, user access, controls of organization and entity structures, chart of accounts, mapping translations, reports and book sets, and reporting categories for the actual budget, and forecast Supporting ad-hoc business requests for data extraction as needed (audits IT, Tax, Financial) and other finance technology tools impacting One Stream including supporting end-user Quick View reports and development of various reports (One Stream Cube Views and Excel Add-in) and dashboards Supporting period close processing and data integrations, resolving mapping errors with reconciliation of data between systems Responsible for training and providing ongoing support to end-users of the One Stream platform Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in financial systems, specifically One Stream Proven experience in reporting implementation for multinational business Proven experience of system self-learning VBA,. Net or SQL coding an asset Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field Knowledge of US GAAP Strong Written and Verbal communication skills along with being able to communicate effectively with technical and non technical team members.
