The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient resource utilization, superior patient care standards, statutory compliance, and operational excellence across clinical and non-clinical functions.1. Oversee and manage the daily functioning of all hospital departments including OPD, IPD, Emergency, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance.2. Ensure smooth execution of hospital workflows, SOPs, and service delivery protocols.3. Monitor patient admission-discharge cycles, bed management, and overall patient flow. 4.Clinical & Support Coordination5.Resource & Budget Management6.Compliance, Licensing & Accreditation7.Patient Experience & Service Quality8.Team Management & Staff Welfare9.Crisis & Incident ManagementSkills1.Medical degree (MBBS/BHMS/BUMS/BDS) from a recognized medical school.2.Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, hospital administration, or publichealth (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA) prefer red.3.Valid medical license to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.4.Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 to 3 years of experience inhospital management or health care administration.5.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.6.Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.7.Ability to analyse complex issues, make sound decisions, and implement effectivesolutions.8.Proficiency in healthcare information systems, medical billing, and electronic healthIf interested, please share your updated resume on
