Io T Senior Consultant – Cumulocity (Bengaluru, IND)Location: Bangalore, India (Remote/Hybrid)Job Type: Full-timeRegion: IndiaAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Io T Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team , driving the successful adoption and implementation of Cumulocity Io T across our global customer base.This role demands strong technical expertise in Io T solution architecture , cloud platforms , device integration , and application integration , along with fluent English communication skills.As an Io T Senior Consultant , you will collaborate closely with customers across the APJ and ME regions , as well as with global consulting, delivery, and regional teams , to design, develop, deploy, and optimize Io T solutions leveraging Cumulocity Io T’s platform capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and efficient Io T solutions using Cumulocity Io T and related technologies.Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical solutions and implementing those solutions.Implementation Support: Assist customers and partners in the successful deployment and integration of Cumulocity Io T into their existing ecosystems.Work with global customers (primarily across the APJ and ME regions ) to define, design, and implement Io T solutions using Cumulocity Io T.Lead device onboarding, data modeling, and integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Data Lakes, AI/ML platforms, etc.).Configure and customize Cumulocity Io T applications , including Angular Apps, Smart Rules, Analytics Builder, and Device Management.Provide technical guidance on architecture best practices , security , data management , and performance optimization.Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to align customer requirements with platform capabilities and roadmap.Conduct workshops, training, and technical enablement sessions for customers and partners.Support proof-of-concept (Po C) implementations and assist with solution deployment and post-production support.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high-quality customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in Io T, Cloud, or Digital Transformation projects.Strong understanding of Io T solution architecture , device communication protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA, HTTP, Lw M2 M), and data integration patterns.Hands-on experience with Cumulocity Io T or similar Io T platforms (Azure Io T, AWS Io T Core, PTC Thing Worx, etc.).Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based architectures.Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, JAVA or C#, Angular, scripting (Python, Java Script) , and data analytics workflows.Strong knowledge of security principles , including data encryption , identity management , and certificate-based authentication.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a global, cross-functional environment.Why Join Us?Work on cutting-edge Io T projects with top-tier enterprise clients.Be part of a global team driving digital transformation.Access to continuous learning and career development opportunities.Competitive salary and flexible work arrangements.Ready to make an impact?
