  • rea.Timely Material Feeding at Line Ensuring Manpower Allocation as per production
  • planEnsuring No Loss, No Overfeeding of material and No Obsolete Materials balance on
  • lineShortage report Commnication to buyer and Production t
  • eam.Maintain & update store layout, Maintain store PFEP.(Plan for each part) Reconciliation (receipt Reco) of major commodity like T
  • yre.Ensure storage of material in store as per FIFO. Maintain zero damages, flow of material, identification label of mater
  • ial.Conduct 5S audits in every area, flash reports & closure of open poi
  • nts.Ensure everyone in your team follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) Monitor adherence of safety standards in your area/departm
