Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology
- Speech and Speech Therapy skills
- Aural Rehabilitation and Audiology expertise
- Hearing Aid Dispensing knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications in Speech Therapy or Audiology
- Experience in working with individuals with hearing loss
Roles & Responsibilites :
Audiological Testing:
- Perform comprehensive hearing assessments, including:
- Pure Tone Audiometry
- Impedance Audiometry
- Speech Audiometry
- Other necessary audiological evaluations.
- Maintain accurate, detailed audiological reports for each client.
Counseling:
- Advise individuals newly diagnosed with hearing loss about the importance of hearing aids.
- Assist existing hearing aid users in upgrading or adjusting their devices.
- Explain hearing test results and guide clients toward the best solutions for their hearing needs.
Lead Management & Follow-Up:
- Collaborate with the Lead Management Executive to address specialized queries from leads.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for audiology practices to ensure consistency across locations.
- Create training materials for new audiologists and assist with onboarding.
Event Participation:
- Take full responsibility for Global Hearing Aid Centre 's Free Hearing Camps, managing planning, execution, and team coordination.
- Represent GHAC at community hearing care initiatives and corporate social responsibility (CSR) events.
Sales Support:
- Explain the features and benefits of hearing aids to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet customer expectations.
Business Growth:
- Work closely with other team to support business growth, exploring new ideas for improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology and integrate new technologies and techniques.
- Collect customer feedback on services and hearing aids, providing insights to management for improvement.
