Role and Responsibilities

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a Business System Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting user stories, leading requirements sessions, managing squad capacity, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality functionality and user experience. This role facilitates Agile practices, maintains effective stakeholder communication, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The objective is to enhance project outcomes and drive business efficiency through precise analysis and collaboration.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor or Masters in in computer science, engineering, information systems.


Preferred Skills

Should have EXCELLENT knowledge on:

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies, business process modeling, and requirements management.
  • Proficiency in documenting user stories
  • Experience in leading requirements sessions
  • Strong requirements validation skills
  • Work assignment and capacity management abilities
  • Facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies
  • Effective communication and leadership in daily standups and status meetings
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Test scenario documentation skills.


Work Experience

6-8 year of relevant experience.

Strong domain knowledge.
