Role Description This is a full-time remote role for NLP, ML & AI Developers with Fast API expertise. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining AI and machine learning models, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP). Developers will also work on pattern recognition, utilizing neural networks to solve complex problems. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into software development projects and ensure scalability and performance. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and pipelines. Build, train, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for production. Develop and integrate APIs using Fast API to connect backend ML services. Optimize model performance, scalability, and response time. Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and structure data for ML/NLP tasks. Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI, NLP, and ML . Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in NLP, Machine Learning, or AI development. Strong programming skills in Python . Experience with Fast API for backend/API development. Hands-on experience with frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Hugging Face Transformers, or Spa Cy . Solid understanding of data preprocessing, embeddings, and model deployment . Knowledge of API integration, Docker, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) , fine-tuning, or prompt engineering. Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) . Familiarity with Lang Chain or RAG-based architectures . Knowledge of MLOps practices and pipelines.
