Your primary responsibility is to design,develop, and enhance the curriculum, learning materials, and assessments for this critical stageof students' academic journey. By leveraging your expertise in instructional design and yourcreative approach to education, you will contribute to the overall success and satisfaction of ourstudents as they begin their higher education journey.3. Key AccountabilityCurriculum Development:Collaborate with academic experts to create a cohesive and structured curriculum thataligns with the course's learning objectives.Continuously review and update the curriculum to ensure it remains relevant and engagingfor students.Content Creation:Develop a variety of engaging and interactive learning materials, including multimediacontent, written materials, and activities.Ensure that all content is pedagogically sound and suitable for the target audience.Assessment Design:Create both formative and summative assessments that accurately measure studentunderstanding and progress.Regularly evaluate and revise assessments to maintain their effectiveness.Learning Experience Enhancement:Identify opportunities for improving the overall learning experience, such as theincorporation of new technologies or teaching methodologies.Implement enhancements based on feedback and educational research.Technology Integration:Explore and recommend innovative educational technologies and tools that can enhancethe course's delivery and impact.Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in educational technology.4. Person Specification● Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degreepreferred).Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related roles, with 2 to 5years of experience.
