About the role :
We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users.Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, foster intimacy, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximumengagement. As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our products/services while providing support to existing and potential customers.Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.
Why Statiq?
Statiq was born with the idea of making sustainable transportation a reality in developing countries. It is a new-age start-up, leading the EV movement in India, by setting up chargers across the country. Statiq was named as the top 3 most promising start-ups by NASSCOM in the year 2020, it was the same year we got selected for Y Combinator , a Silicon Valley based accelerator program.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users.
- Use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly.
- Wear many hats as you work with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with designers, write copy, manage social communities, and analyze data.
- Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions.
Requirements
- Proven 3-4 years of working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
- Fluency in English & Hindi.
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media.
