Our products are designed to revolutionize the way professionals across various industries engage in skill-building and training. We are seeking a talented Senior 3D Artist to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:Conceptualization and DesignCollaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create high-quality 3D assets and environments for VR simulations and training modules.Create and present concept art, mood boards, and prototypes to communicate visual ideas.3D Modeling and TexturingDevelop detailed 3D models and assets with an eye for realism, scale, and proportions.Create and apply textures and materials that are optimized for VR performance.Lighting and RenderingWork on lighting setup to create realistic or stylized scenes for VR simulations.Optimize rendering settings for performance in VR.Asset OptimizationOptimize 3D assets for performance, ensuring they maintain visual fidelity while performing efficiently within a VR environment.Should be proficient with the concept of PBR workflow with Unity 3D .Expert in creating low-poly assets.Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with developers, instructional designers, and other team members to ensure that 3D content aligns with project goals and vision.Provide creative input during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.Quality AssuranceConduct regular reviews and iterations of 3D assets to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.Address feedback from team members and clients and make necessary adjustments.MentorshipProvide guidance and mentorship to junior 3D artists in the team.Share knowledge and expertise on best practices in the industry.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3D Artist / Environment / Technical Artist, with a focus on creating assets for games or simulations.Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting.Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya/Blender.Knowledge of texturing and painting software such as Substance Painter and Photoshop.Experience with the game engine Unity 3D .Understanding of optimization techniques for real-time rendering, especially in VR.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to provide constructive feedback and adapt to changes in creative direction.Passion for VR technology and innovations in training and simulation.To Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume, cover letter, and a portfolio( Artstation link is a must for application ) demonstrating relevant work.
