Position: Sr. Middleware/Backend Engineer - Mule Soft
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Location: Nagpur
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
Strong proficiency in middleware and backend technologies (Java,. NET, Node.js, Python).
Hands-on 3+ years of experience working with Mule Soft , including API development , management, queue systems, and database integrations,
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks
Ability to work in complex systems, troubleshooting integration issues, and optimize processes for real-time and batch data transfers.
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and implement complex application requirements, conducting necessary research for unfamiliar technologies or methodologies.
Develop full-stack applications with a focus on middleware and backend technologies
Manage and optimize Mule Soft configurations , including integration with APIs, queues, and databases.
Collaborate effectively with our onshore team and other offshore developers.
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of developed applications.
