Feel free to applyJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Finance Manager with a strong background in finance and accounting to take control over inventory, requisitions, and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) policy at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of PQE as a Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost and Management Accounting (CMA) with expertise in manufacturing processes, direct & indirect costs management, conversion costing, and compliance within a manufacturing setup.Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Requisition Control: Oversee the financial aspects of the inventory management,procurement, and material requisitions in line with the budget defined in the AOP. Conversion Costing: Implement processes for reporting the conversion costing of the manufacturing process and highlight deviations from the costs considered in the AOP. P2P Policy Implementation: Enforce and optimize the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuringadherence to company policies and financial regulations. Cost Control & Optimization: Monitor plant expenses, conduct variance analysis, and implementcost-saving measures. Financial Planning & Budgeting: Prepare plant financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals. Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations, oversee internal andexternal audits related to plant finance. Vendor & Supplier Payments: Manage accounts payable, ensure timely payments, and maintainrelationships with key suppliers. ERP & Financial Systems: Leverage ERP systems to track financial transactions, inventorymovement, and procurement efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, supply chain, and procurementteams to align financial strategies with business objectives.Qualifications: CA / CMA qualification with at least 5+ years of PQE in plant finance of a manufacturing entity. Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and P2P policies. Hands-on experience in cost accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting. Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, or similar financial tools. Solid understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit procedures in a manufacturing environment. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Why EMotorad?Be part of a rapidly scaling global EV brand.Opportunity to own and drive revenue processes in a high-impact role.Work in a dynamic, innovation-first culture with global exposure.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
