Job Summary: The Associate Architect will support the design, development, and implementation of web and mobile applications.

This role involves collaborating with development teams to create innovative and scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both web and mobile application development, with a keen eye for design and usability.

Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Assist in the design and development of web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, helping to troubleshoot issues and ensure best practices are followed.

Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.

Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Prototyping: Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate solutions and validate technical approaches.

Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive architectural documentation, including design patterns, frameworks, and technical specifications.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in web and mobile application development.

Technical Proficiency: Web Technologies: Proficient in HTML, CSS, Java Script, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Mobile Technologies: Experience with native mobile development (i OS, Android) and cross-platform frameworks like Flutter.

Backend Development: Knowledge of server-side languages (e.g., Node.js) and databases (SQL).

API Development: Experience with RESTful and Graph QL APIs.

Dev Ops: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS).

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Relevant certifications in web/mobile development or cloud technologies.

Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a development team.

Tools: Familiarity with development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
