MDM Architecture & Strategy: Lead the design and architecture of scalable MDM solutions using Reltio, ensuring alignment with the company's data strategy and governance frameworks. End-to-End MDM Implementation: Drive the full lifecycle of MDM projects from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, with a focus on Reltio's MDM platform. Data Integration: Architect and manage complex data integration pipelines to ensure the smooth ingestion, transformation, and synchronization of master data across systems such as CRM, ERP, and external data sources. Data Quality & Governance: Define and enforce data quality and governance standards within the Reltio platform. Implement automated monitoring, cleansing, and validation processes to maintain data integrity. Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize the performance and scalability of MDM systems and data pipelines, ensuring efficiency in processing and integration. Key Qualifications: Experience:7-10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Master Data Management (MDM) systems.5+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform. Proven experience leading and executing large-scale MDM projects, including data migration, integration, and consolidation. Strong background in data integration, data quality management, and data governance. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Reltio MDM, Data modeling, Reltio Integration Hub, Matching and survivorship Address validation APIs ROCs (Reltio open collaboration System)Data loader Configuring Dashboards and UI custom components. Data/approval workflows. Strong proficiency in SQL and No SQL databases. Proficiency in data analysis and data profiling. GIT, CI/CD, and Airflow Extensive experience with ETL/ELT tools, building scalable data pipelines (e. G.,dbt, Matillion, dataflow etc..). Expert-level knowledge of RESTful APIs and their application in MDM systems. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala. Solid understanding of cloud environments, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP.
