Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full cycle of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the company. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with candidates. Assist in coordinating and conducting interviews, including preparing interview questions and evaluation forms. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates. Assist in creating and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
