Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad at Get Five. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training & development, and fostering a positive work culture within the organization. Your goal is to create a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and supports our organizational growth.
Qualifications
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen and interview candidates to identify suitable individuals for open positions.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
2. HR Policies and Procedures:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Update HR policies and procedures as needed.
3. Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation.
• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
4. Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
• Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
5. Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
6. Training and Development:
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate external training opportunities as needed.
• Track employee training and development progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in HR management.
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
