Established in 2009, Revata Engineering is a well-recognized manufacturer and supplier of equipment for the Oil & Gas industry. The company’s head office and manufacturing facility is in M.Bhosari, Pune. We are looking for a Quality Control Assistant to support inspection and testing of precision and critical rubber/elastomer parts . The role involves meticulous visual and dimensional inspection, as well as routine testing on Revata’s elastomer laboratory instruments. This position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, patience, and a passion for quality. Visual & Dimensional Inspection · Laboratory Testing & Measurement · Record inspection results and test data in specified formats. · Maintain raw material, in-process and final inspection records. · Update calibration and verification logs for QC instruments. Perform routine cleaning and basic upkeep of QC and lab equipment. · Report non-conforming material/parts to the QC Engineer/Manager. · Support basic root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective actions Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Polymer / Rubber Technology or related field. • 1–2 years of experience in quality control / inspection in rubber, polymer, automotive, or precision components. • Freshers with strong QC aptitude may also be considered. • Physical fitness to work in a factory environment - ability to stand, climb, lift, and perform in variable working conditions.
