The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and training coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR processes, preferably within the education, training, or aviation industry.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Organize training & development programs to enhance staff skills.
Support management in performance appraisals and workforce planning.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven HR experience (3-5 years).
Exposure to aviation/education/training industry (preferred but not mandatory).
