Business Operations Manager Role Overview The Business Operations Manager (BOM) is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistent business operations across all TWC cities and service categories. This role acts as the bridge between city teams, central leadership, and department heads, ensuring that SOPs are implemented, resources are optimally used, and client experience and profitability targets are met. Operations Management Oversee daily operations of weddings team and service bookings across all cities, ensuring adherence to TWC standards and checklists. Monitor active wedding pipelines in each city and identify bottlenecks in planning or delivery. Ensure each event’s post-event reports, vendor reconciliations, and client feedback forms are completed within 3 days of event completion. Maintain weekly operations calls with city heads to review performance, event readiness, planner bandwidth, vendor performance. Ensure uniform processes, documentation, and quality benchmarks across all city operations. Maintain Operations Dashboard summarizing all relevant operational metrics. Report with analysis and improvement recommendations. 5+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in event, hospitality, or service industries. ~ Excellent data analysis skills ~ Proficient in using project management tools (Zoho projects preferred). ~ Eye for quality and client satisfaction metrics. ~ About The Wedding Company The Wedding Company is redefining how India plans weddings.
