Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a paid internship role ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing real brand accounts and executing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platformsMonitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagementCollaborate with the design and content teams to develop campaign ideasHelp track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reportsResearch influencers, trends, and competitorsAssist in running paid ad campaigns (Meta, Linked In, etc.) under guidanceContribute to community engagement and online reputation managementRequirementsStrong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plusFamiliarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite is a bonusCreative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creationAbility to manage time and work independentlyPursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fieldWhat You'll GainHands-on experience in real-world social media marketingExposure to brand strategy, paid advertising, and content marketingOpportunity to build your portfolio with real projectsCertificate of Internship & Letter of Recommendation (on performance)Full-time opportunity may be offered based on performanceLocation:Candolim, North Goa(Candidates who are based in GOA only should APPLY)Stipend: YES
