About Us:

Bigbee Experience is a leading corporate events and experiential marketing agency. We are

hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support lead qualification, email/LinkedIn outreach, and

appointment setting for our BD team.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, LinkedIn, and email

• • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions/events/services

• • Fix meetings for the BD/servicing team with decision-makers

• • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details and touchpoints

• • Follow up on dormant leads and nurture interest with email/WhatsApp campaigns

• • Coordinate internally with marketing, creative, and BD for proposals

• • Support in lead research, database enrichment, and response tracking

Key Skills Required:

• • Strong spoken and written communication (English + regional preferred)

• • Confidence in B2B conversations and objection handling

• • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, email follow-up

• • Time management and ability to work on monthly lead targets

• • Proficiency in Excel, email, and lead tracking sheets

Experience & Qualification:

• 1–3 years in inside sales, tele-calling, or lead generation

• Graduate in any discipline
