Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Components (LWC) , and Salesforce APIs . Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce best practices . Maintain documentation for technical designs and processes. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC). Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, process builder). Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce security model and data management. Knowledge of Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT, SFDX). Good problem-solving and communication skills. Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I/II) is a plus. Nice-to-Have: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , or Marketing Cloud . Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce. Exposure to Agile methodologies .
