We are currently looking for a Mathematics Instructor to join our Mathematics Department at Newton School of Technology . This is a full-time, on-site academic role available across the location Pune . Join us as a Mathematics Instructor in our Mathematics Department at Newton School of Technology. We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver high-quality lectures, design engaging course content, conduct lab sessions, and mentor B.Tech Computer Science students — ensuring their academic and professional success in the tech field. Note: This role is exclusively for teaching B.Tech students . It does not involve teaching 10th, 12th, or JEE-level students. Course Development & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in key Mathematics topics, including: Mathematical Foundations for Computer Science Probability & Statistics Discrete Mathematics Integrate mathematical concepts with real-world Computer Science applications such as AI, Data Science, and Algorithms. Mentor students through projects, competitions, and guided research. Lab Management: Conduct and manage lab sessions to provide students with hands-on experience in applying mathematical concepts using relevant tools and technologies. Academic Excellence & Student Success: Mentor and guide students to achieve academic excellence and contribute to innovation-driven learning. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with university administrators and Newton School representatives to drive educational innovation. Encourage students to participate in research projects and industry collaborations in math-driven domains. Strong expertise in core Mathematics — Linear Algebra, Advanced Calculus, Probability & Statistics, Discrete Mathematics, and Mathematical Foundations for Computer Science. Proven experience in teaching and mentoring B.Tech students , especially in Computer Science–related contexts. Experience in curriculum design and delivery using modern teaching methodologies. Strong ability to connect mathematical theories with applications in AI/ML, Data Science, Optimization, and Algorithms . Prior experience teaching at the undergraduate or postgraduate level in Mathematics (preferably in CS contexts). Familiarity with AI/ML, Data Science, or Optimization. Knowledge of tools like GeoGebra, Desmos, MATLAB, or Python . Exposure to research or math-based software development. Competitive salary packages aligned with industry standards.
