We are expanding our team in Hyderabad and looking for talented Civil Design Engineers to join us.Job Description:Position Overview: The Civil Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing the civil engineering aspects of solar power projects. This includes site assessment, design, and integration of civil components to ensure the successful installation and operation of solar power systems. Key project types include ground-mounted solar farms, rooftop solar installations, and solar carports.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed civil engineering designs, including site layouts, foundations, and structural components for solar power installations.Design and Drawings of Module Mounting Structures for Ground mount and Rooftop Solar PlantsDesign and Drawing of Steel Structures and RCC Structures for various equipmentDesign and Drawings of Foundations for various equipmentDesign and Drawings of Control Room Buildings to house control systems and other essential equipment.Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure integrated and efficient design solutions.Develop and review project specifications, drawings, and construction documents.Ensure designs comply with relevant local and international codes, standards, and regulations.Independently handle projects from conception to completion, ensuring all project requirements and deadlines are met.Provide technical support during the construction phase, including site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality standards.Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for civil engineering components of solar projects.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required. Master’s degree is preferred.8+ years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably 3+ years in the solar energy sector.Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, and other relevant design tools.Strong knowledge of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction practices.Familiarity with IS Codes, local building codes and regulations in India.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-growing industry.A collaborative and innovative work environment with a young and highly motivated team.
