IT Infrastructure Leader

Koch Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Infrastructure Leader - Network to join our IT Infrastructure Global team. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic vision and operational excellence of Koch’s IT infrastructure. As a leader in this space, you will be responsible for driving IT infrastructure network product roadmaps and services, defining robust architectural strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and forward-thinking solutions that align with organizational and business goals and objectives. Your leadership will directly contribute to driving innovation, optimizing operations, and empowering teams to deliver value across the organization. Develop and maintain the roadmap for core IT infrastructure products and services, aligning with business objectives and long-term growth strategies. Adopt a customer-centric approach to product management, balancing technical requirements, business priorities, and value-driven deliverables. Engage in analysis and decision-making for key initiatives, IT product renewals, and vendor accountability to ensure business outcomes are achieved. Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient IT infrastructure architectures, including core routing and switching, cloud solutions, and data centers. Provide technical leadership on cloud technologies, networking, security products, and data center solutions to enhance infrastructure capabilities. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies while fostering innovation by exploring new ideas, defining objectives, and testing hypotheses through rigorous experimentation. Partner with internal teams, including IT Operations, Architect, Escalated engineers and SMEs, and Product Owners, to drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution. Act as the point of contact for senior leadership, presenting architecture strategies, product and services updates, and performance metrics. Leading and managing a team of highly skilled infrastructure managers, engineers and SMEs. Learn the Koch culture (Principle Based Management) and apply those learnings within the team to maximize good profit for the organization. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure infrastructure performance and ensure adherence to SLAs. Drive initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and security across Koch’s IT infrastructure landscape. Establish robust processes for addressing break/fix scenarios, including rapid response times, root cause analysis, and preventive measures. Experience as a Network or security leader or similar role in a technology-driven environment and possessing skills in PMP, Agile, ITIL, etc. Experience being a strong business partner understanding their strategies to support them. Proven experience in change management, driving process improvements, aligning strategies with business outcomes, and ensuring team adherence to standards. Demonstrated ability to identify, nurture, and develop talent, with a strong focus on mentoring and building high-performing teams and influencing others. Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring technical talent. Experience and knowledge in information technology, including solutions such as networking, network security, computing, storage, data centers, cloud networking, and voice solutions. Demonstrated experience and proven track record applying good economic thinking, critical thinking, collaboration, and accountability. Travel requirements of 25% to support business needs, including collaboration with teams, stakeholders. Experience working with complex enterprise technologies with global stakeholders Experience with Agile methodologies/ certification and Scrum master.
