Lead - Digital TechnologyPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead - Digital Technology to join our technology team as an end-to-end owner driving digital innovations and strategic technology projects. This role requires a seasoned professional who can bridge business strategy with technical execution while leading cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational growth and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & InnovationDrive end-to-end ownership of digital technology initiatives from conception to implementationIdentify and evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends to drive innovation within the organizationDevelop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectivesLead research and development of new digital solutions and platformsProject Management & ExecutionManage complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects with full accountability for deliveryDefine project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and success metricsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and business stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsTechnical LeadershipProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and developersArchitect scalable and robust digital solutions that meet current and future business needsEvaluate and recommend technology stack, tools, and platforms for various initiativesEnsure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and data managementStakeholder ManagementCollaborate closely with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategyPresent project updates, technical recommendations, and strategic insights to executive stakeholdersPartner with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsManage vendor relationships and external technology partnershipsTeam Development & CultureFoster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the teamParticipate in hiring and building high-performing technology teamsEstablish processes and frameworks that enhance team productivity and project deliveryRequired QualificationsEducationMBA from a recognized business school (required)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical fieldExperience8-12 years of progressive experience in digital technology, software development, or related fieldsProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology projectsExperience in digital transformation initiatives and emerging technology implementationTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.)Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, and digital platformsUnderstanding of API design, microservices architecture, and system integrationKnowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practicesPreferred QualificationsIndustry Experience : 3+ years of experience in the lending industry (banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders, or financial services)Lending Technology Knowledge : Understanding of lending lifecycle, credit assessment systems, loan origination systems (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), and regulatory compliance requirementsFinancial Technology Expertise : Experience with
