Job Location: Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad


Experience in End to End implementing SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) and deliver end-to-end SAP FSCM solutions. Experience in implementing and optimizing SAP FSCM modules, including Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Cash and Liquidity Management.


• Solution Design and Implementation

◦ Analyze business requirements and design SAP FSCM solutions to address financial supply chain needs.

◦ Configure and implement SAP FSCM modules such as Credit Management, Collections and Dispute Management, and Cash Management.

◦ Integrate FSCM with core SAP ERP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM) and other third-party systems.

• Business Process Optimization:

◦ Streamline and optimize financial processes, including cash flow forecasting, receivables management, and risk assessment.

◦ Recommend and implement best practices to improve financial operations and enhance working capital.

• Project Management:

◦ Lead SAP FSCM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

◦ Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Collaboration:

◦ Work closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

◦ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and data flow across modules.

• Troubleshooting and Support:

◦ Provide advanced troubleshooting support for SAP FSCM-related issues.

◦ Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to resolve system or process inefficiencies.

• Training and Documentation:

◦ Develop and deliver user training sessions and workshops for SAP FSCM functionalities.

◦ Maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP FSCM modules:

◦ Credit Management (SAP Credit Risk Analyzer, FSCM-CR)

◦ Collections and Dispute Management

◦ Cash and Liquidity Management

◦ Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

• Proficiency in integration with SAP FI/CO, SD, and MM.

• Strong understanding of financial processes such as credit risk analysis, dispute resolution, and cash flow management.

• Familiarity with Fiori apps and reporting tools for financial processes.

• Advanced knowledge of ABAP (debugging skills) and SAP workflows is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in SAP FSCM with a focus on solution design and implementation.

• SAP certification in FSCM or related modules is preferred.

• Experience in S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations is a plus.
