We’re passionate about delivering innovative solutions to clients, and we value creativity, collaboration, and growth.What You’ll Do Create visual content for digital media (social posts, web banners, email campaigns, ads)Design assets for print (Datasheets, flyers, brochures, posters, business cards, event collaterals)Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design needs and ensure cohesionInterpret briefs, propose design concepts, present mockups, and deliver final artworkMaintain and evolve our brand identity guidelinesPrepare files for print and digital deployment (color correction, format conversions, typography, layout)Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, etc.) when neededHandle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing prioritiesKeep up with design trends, tools, and industry best practicesWhat We’re Looking For Must-have Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or equivalent)Strong portfolio showing both digital and print designGood grasp of color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, compositionAttention to detail and ability to maintain consistencyGood communication — ability to take feedback, articulate ideasAbility to work independently and manage timePreferred / Plus:Experience with motion graphics / animation / video editingBasic knowledge of UI/UX or web designFamiliarity with social media specs for various platformsPrior experience in tech / IT / SaaS / services domainEducation & Experience:Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related0–3 years experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience)Opportunity to work on diverse design projects (print + digital)Learning and growth in a tech-driven environmentSupportive team, exposure to different domains within the company
