About the CompanyWe are a leading company in the travel retail industry, committed to delivering exceptional experiences and innovative solutions to our clients.About the RoleThe role involves identifying opportunities and delivering effective strategies to generate results in marketing and sales within the travel retail sectorResponsibilities- Should have the ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results.- Experienced in marketing planning, branding, and campaign development.- Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies and activities.- Maintain broad relationship with the local travel agencies.- Should be ready to travel intensively throughout the entire geographical locations assigned.- Must have good experience in corporate sales, especially B2B.- Be the voice of Travel Retail.- Build and execute ATL & BTL campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different segments to boost product awareness.- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.- Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.- Preparing and presenting Daily DSR reports along with quarterly and annual reports to senior management.- Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.- Generating new business leads.- Increasing brand awareness and market share.- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.Qualifications- Any Bachelor's degree.- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.- At least 1-3 years of experience in the similar field.Required Skills- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, agency sales, and branding.- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
