The role demands a visionary leader with exceptional communication skills, strong market understanding, and the ability to drive revenue, close large-scale deals, and lead a high-performing sales team through both strategic direction and on-ground engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and empower the sales team to achieve organizational sales and revenue goals. Develop and execute business strategies for industrial and commercial solar projects (captive, open access, and ground-mounted). Take full ownership of deal closures — from client acquisition, proposal presentation, and negotiation to final contract signing. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and field engagements to drive conversions and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with technical and finance teams to create customized solar proposals and commercial offers. Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with decision-makers in industrial and corporate sectors.
