As a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) at Tuebora, you will play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying smb, mid-market, and enterprise leads through high-volume cold calling (50+ calls per day) and targeted email campaigns. Your mission is to secure discovery meetings for Enterprise Sales Representatives, paving the way for product demos and proofs of concept (POCs) that drive revenue growth in the IGA market.
Execute 50+ outbound cold calls daily to engage decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities.
Schedule discovery meetings for Enterprise Sales Representatives, ensuring smooth transitions.
Partner with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and optimize messaging for IGA solutions.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in CRM.
1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets for cold calls, email outreach, and meeting bookings.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, particularly for demos or POCs, is preferred.
Resilient, self-driven, and able to excel in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
