The team is distributed across Europe, India, and Vietnam, and you will work closely with SMEs, architects, and offshore developers.The project includes:⚡ Supporting large-scale data migration projects (ETL) from external systems to ServiceNowDefining and validating functional mappings and migration strategiesEnsuring data quality and consistency in key OM objects (accounts, products, CIs, contacts, contracts)Collaborating with an international team to implement functional requirements and best practices️ What you’ll do day-to-dayAct as the functional point of reference for the team in all data-related aspects of Order ManagementCollaborate with SMEs to understand the current data model and define functional mappingsDefine and validate data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)Ensure the quality and consistency of migrated data , proposing improvements and best practicesDocument functional processes and create reference guides for the development teamMonitor solution quality and correct usage of key OM data objectsTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements for the development teamWhat we’re looking forEducation:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fieldsExperience:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Order Management projectsStrong understanding of ServiceNow OM data model and processesExperience with large-scale data migration (ETL) and data quality validationWorking with internationally distributed teams (India/Vietnam)Fluent English (written and spoken)Must-have skills:Functional mapping and definition of transformation rulesAbility to work with large volumes of data and understand functional implicationsExperience in monitoring and ensuring data quality in OM processesNice-to-have skills:Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow OM data modelData governance and data quality management experienceKnowledge of integrations between ServiceNow and external systemsExperience advising on best practices for ServiceNow OM data usageFamiliarity with ETL tools and data architectureSoft Skills:Strong communication and functional documentation skills ✍️Analytical mindset and ability to propose improvementsDetail-oriented and proactive in preventing migration or data issuesComfortable working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments✨ What we offer?100% remote work (India/Vietnam)Participation in a strategic global ServiceNow project in the travel-tech sectorCollaboration with an international and multidisciplinary teamFreelance contracting modelOpportunity to make a significant impact on critical business processesDo you want to know more?We value your talent and energy If you love learning and growing, join usIn the Decskill team, we’re looking for you**Decskill promotes equality and non-discrimination across all talent.
