Kai Early Years is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Advancement team. As the Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you will work closely with our Advancement team, educators, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality visual content for various print and digital platforms. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be based in our campus in Nallurhalli, Whitefield, Bangalore. Highly creative with a strong eye for detail • Flexibility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Enthusiasm for learning and staying up to date with industry trends and advancements Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Familiarity with designing for both print and digital platforms • Experience with branding and identity design • Experience with photography and/or videography • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro • Understanding of color grading, sound design, and other post-production processes Ability to collaborate effectively with the Advancement team, admins, educators, and other Must place the advancement of learning at the core of all decisions • Understand, support and promote the advancement of learning objectives that support both academic and co-scholastic programs • Ability to Mukti-task, be flexible and adapt to the needs of the situation • Familiarity with web design and word press • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Basic knowledge and understanding of Digital & Social Media Marketing Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners • Create visual content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) • Develop branding and identity materials (logos, business cards, letterheads, etc.) • Manage and maintain the school's digital assets (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) • Edit raw footage into cohesive and visually compelling videos for various platforms • Collaborate with the digital marketing & advancement team to plan and execute video content strategy • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the school's visual identity remains relevant and cutting-edge If you have a passion for design, video editing, and a love for early childhood education, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to be part of the Kai Early Years team. com or you can click here to submit your application online.
