We are hiring Salesforce professionals across multiple roles and experience levels : 1. Salesforce Developer: 2–10 Years 2. Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer: 5–15 Years 3. Senior Salesforce Technical Architect: 10–18 Years Salesforce Developer (2–10 Years) Key Responsibilities & Skills: 2–10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with successful end-to-end implementations. Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura , and declarative configuration. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud , Partner Communities, Customer Communities (Experience Cloud), Omni-Channel , and Field Service is a plus. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Force.com IDE , and Salesforce Extensions for Visual Studio Code . Extensive experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML . Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and frameworks like Angular or React , along with relational databases and SQL . Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce Certified Administrator are required. Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer (5–15 Years) Key Responsibilities & Skills: 5–15 years of overall Salesforce experience, with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce . Experience in designing and implementing B2B storefronts, catalogs, pricing, and checkout flows . Strong expertise in Apex, LWC , and Commerce Cloud configurations. Experience with Salesforce integrations , including REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems. Solid understanding of order management, pricing models, and promotions . Exposure to Salesforce OMS and middleware tools (MuleSoft/Dell Boomi) is a plus. Salesforce B2B Commerce or relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred. Senior Salesforce Technical Architect (10–18 Years) Key Responsibilities & Skills: 10–18 years of Salesforce experience, with minimum 3+ years in a Salesforce Technical Architect role . Strong focus on Salesforce architecture , especially data architecture and system integrations . Proven experience in designing and implementing complex data models and enterprise-scale integration solutions on the Salesforce platform. Strong understanding of Salesforce data management tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce Connect , and third-party ETL tools . Proficiency in SQL, SOQL , and other data query languages. Salesforce Architect certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer are highly desirable. Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
