Job Opening for Verbal Trainer /CELTA /IELTS /TOEFL (No work from Home Allowed)
Salary Range - 2.8 Lacs - 3.2 Lacs CTC, no deductions (plus incentive & yearly bonuses)
About the Role:
Join the Edu Nirvana Academics team as an IELTS/PTE/TOEFL Instructor and Student Mentor, where your unique teaching style and mentorship abilities will shape the future of our students. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can captivate a classroom and provide exceptional support outside of it.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons for the IELTS/TOEFL Program.
Develop and execute comprehensive teaching plans tailored to student needs.
Conduct demo sessions and follow-ups to ensure student understanding and retention.
Manage classroom activities, ensuring a productive learning environment.
Prepare and set tests, examination papers, and exercises to evaluate student progress.
Provide detailed feedback and reports on student performance.
Offer continuous support to students through email and online forums, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.
Conduct workshops, creating content from scratch to address specific student needs.
Identify and troubleshoot issues hindering student progress, providing personalized solutions.
Maintain accurate student registers and attendance records.
Handle basic administrative tasks related to the teaching process.
Create, develop, and update training materials to enhance the learning experience.
Ensure all materials are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar.
Exceptional research, organizational, and learning abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
Experience in conducting presentations and workshops.
