Location : Pune/Gandhinagar/Hyderabad Experience : 4+years As a Programmatic Campaign Manager , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to drive effective and efficient media placements to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives with proactive communication to teams and clients to meet campaign goals. Job Description: Set up programmatic campaigns in select DSPs (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Xandr, Facebook, Ad Words, Google Marketing Platform, or any other associated ad serving technology), manage budgets and spend pacing, and optimize performance Design and implement strategies to improve performance for clients, supporting recommendations with results data Proactive communication to internal teams and external clients on delivery and performance challenges with strategic recommendations to course-correct Implement and build on best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations and reporting Financial planning, forecasting, and optimizing budget allocation across various platforms and channels Utilize ad verification tools, viewability metrics, and fraud detection techniques to ensure the effectiveness and safety of your campaigns Create case studies to support best practices Educate internally and externally on DSP functionality, results and optimizations Support the development of POVs to inform clients and agency personnel about changes in RTB and programmatic marketplace technology Job Role: Problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutions Results and solutions-oriented You have a solid understanding of media performance, reporting and analytics with attribution experience a great advantage You have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising concepts and optimizations, including media buying strategies, such as audience targeting, retargeting, contextual targeting, and geotargeting Comfortable with client-facing communications Comfortable working with multiple timelines and deliverables Comfortable working with large sets of data and numbers Comfortable setting expectations and pushing back when needed Required Skills: Previous experience in programmatic buying or campaign management with The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP and/or Simpli.fi preferred but not required Ability to work proactively, maintain a high level of productivity, and manage multiple priorities Deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and best practices Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, SSP’s, and/or social platforms is a bonus Ability to stay updated with the latest trends, industry news, algorithm changes, and best practices Exposure to A/B testing
