If you are confident in your ability to demystify complex Dev Ops concepts and tools through a hands-on, practical approach, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-impact, interactive training sessions on Dev Ops concepts, both theoretical and practical, to a diverse batch of learners.- Design and develop a curriculum that is aligned with current industry trends and updated technologies.- Conduct hands-on labs and practical sessions on core Dev Ops tools and practices.- Guide students through real-world scenarios, project work, and case studies to ensure they are job-ready.- Create a stimulating and positive learning environment that encourages student participation and doubt-solving.- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, lab guides, and assignments.- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical tests.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in a Dev Ops Engineer or similar role.- Proven experience as a Trainer or Mentor, with the confidence to conduct sessions for a classroom.- Expert-level practical knowledge of the following core Dev Ops tools and concepts:o CI/CD: Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or similar.o Version Control: Git (Git Hub, Git Lab, Bitbucket).o Configuration Management: Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.o Containerization: Docker is a must.o Orchestration: Kubernetes is a must.o Infrastructure as Code (Ia C): Terraform or Cloud Formation.o Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one).o Scripting: Shell Scripting (Bash) and one of Python or Groovy.o Monitoring: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.Ideal Candidate Profile:· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.· Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, understandable manner.· A student-centric approach with immense patience and a passion for mentoring.· Stays updated with the latest trends and updates in the Dev Ops ecosystem.· Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.What We Offer:· Highly Flexible Batch Timings on weekends to suit your schedule.· A convenient and easily accessible location – just a 2-minute walk from Thane West Station.· A competitive and attractive remuneration package.· An opportunity to build your personal brand as a subject matter expert.· A platform to shape careers and make a significant impact on students' lives.---How to Apply:If you are excited about this opportunity and meet the above criteria, please send your updated resume to or call us at .
