Key Skills: • Team leadership • Strategic hiring (senior, niche, volume) • Recruitment analytics & dashboards • Senior stakeholder partnering • Employer branding & talent pipelining • Diversity & structured interviewing Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor the TA team • Build and execute hiring strategies across levels • Advise leadership on market trends & talent insights • Review recruitment data and drive continuous improvement • Lead branding, networking & long-term pipelining initiatives Education: MBA – HR
