Contract Management:- Support in the implementation and utilization of Contract Lifecycle Management Tool (CLM) to manage the entire lifecycle of contracts from initiation to execution.- Review the template driven contracts and finalize in accordance with legal standards and company policies.Legal MIS Updates:- Maintain and update the Legal Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.- Liaise with the external lawyers and provide all inputs and support in litigation.E-Signature Management:- Manage and facilitate the use of e-signature tools to streamline the document signing process.- Ensure all e-signatures are collected in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.- Troubleshoot any issues related to e-signature technology and coordinate with service providers as needed.Obligation Abstraction and Management:- Abstract key obligations from contracts and ensure accurate tracking and management.- Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate the timely execution of obligations and manage any associated risks.
