Company DescriptionJalakara is a boutique, award willing 5 star villa hotel nestled in the vibrant heart of Havelock Island, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India.Role DescriptionAs a Guest Services Assistant specializing in Food and Beverage Service, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have exceptional dining experiences. You will greet and interact with guests, assist in taking and serving orders, manage reservations, and support the food and beverage team in preparing and maintaining dining areas. Additional responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing administrative support as needed.
