Our real-world practitioners work collaboratively to deliver future-focused outcomes.Role- Associate Director FinanceWork Experience - Qualified CA with 9-12 years’ experience (in Business Finance / Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably from IT / ITES industry managing Healthcare vertical)Role & Responsibilities:Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysisAssist in budgeting, financial planning, and business performance trackingPrepare management reports and executive dashboards with clear insightsConduct financial modelling, scenario planning, and margin analysisCollaborate with business teams to gather data and ensure alignmentContribute to automation and efficiency improvements in reportingAssist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projectsQualification & Experience (Critical and Desirable)Chartered Accountant (CA) with 9-12 years of relevant experience ,preferably in FP&A Working knowledge in Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with SAP is preferredGood understanding of financials and business performance metricsGood analytical and communication skillsWe are looking for employees withAnalytical mind-set with attention to detail and business acumenStrong data analysis and interpretation skillsGood communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and meet tight timelinesA team player who is proactive and dependableExperience in BFSI, BPO, or MNC environments is a plus⚠️ Disclaimer: Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
