Description
We are seeking a skilled Chemist - Plating to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in chemistry with specific expertise in plating processes, ensuring high-quality surface finishes for our products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical analysis and experiments related to plating processes.
- Develop and optimize plating formulations and processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plating process issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve plating quality and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in plating or surface finishing processes.
- Strong knowledge of electroplating, chemical processes, and quality control methods.
- Familiarity with plating equipment and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
