Company Description WorkBuddyHR is an early-stage startup focused on creating a next-generation, automation-driven HRMS platform for small and medium-sized businesses. We’re currently in the initial product development phase, setting the foundation for a modern, cloud-native SaaS system. As part of the early team, you’d have the opportunity to shape core architecture, influence product direction, and help build the company from the ground up. Role Description This is a Remote role based in Bengaluru for a Founding Team Member. In this position, you will contribute to core business development strategies, assist in scaling operations, and lead sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for conducting market research, developing partnerships, crafting communication strategies, and collaborating on team-building initiatives. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth while working closely with other team members. Qualifications Problem-solving mindset and leadership ability to navigate challenges and contribute to the company’s vision Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and willingness to take ownership Startup experience or interest in startup ecosystems is a plus NOTE : This is an equity-compensated position during the early stage of the startup. A competitive salary package will be introduced after our Series B funding round, based on: Your contribution and ownership of key responsibilities The value you create in product, strategy, or fundraising Performance milestones and long-term commitment Market benchmarking at the time of fundraising As an early team member, you will be part of the founding core, which means your equity will grow in value significantly as the company scales.
