Work Mode: Remote Engagement: Freelance / Flexible Hours Overview We are seeking skilled AI Content Evaluators with proficiency in one or more Indian languages to assess, review, and compare AI-generated responses. This role involves identifying toxic or harmful content, understanding linguistic nuances, and ensuring high-quality model performance across multiple datasets. If you have strong language skills, cultural awareness, and an eye for detail, this role is an excellent fit. Key Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated outputs across various Indic languages (both native script and transliterated formats). Identify and flag harmful, toxic, or hate-based content, including subtle context-dependent cases. Compare and score AI model responses according to project-defined guidelines. Categorize toxicity types such as harassment, hate speech, harmful intent, or abusive expressions. Provide short explanations for flagged items when required. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards throughout the evaluation process. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in English and at least one Indian language. Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation, linguistic evaluation, content writing, data annotation, or a related field. Strong understanding of cultural nuances, dialects, slang, and sensitive expressions. Ability to detect toxicity in both native scripts and transliterated text (e.g., Hinglish, Tamlish). Strong analytical and evaluation skills with high attention to detail. Prior experience in moderation, LQA, annotation, or quality evaluation is preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree in any field. Degrees in Humanities, Linguistics, Mass Communication, or related areas are an advantage. If interested fill this google form -
