Blue Spire Inc. is looking for highly skilled and experienced Front-End Angular Developers to join our Offshore Development Center in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions using Angular. You will be responsible for leading development efforts, providing technical guidance to junior team members, and driving the overall success of projects. This role requires deep expertise in JavaScript, Angular and understanding of Node.js along with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale applications using Angular/ React.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement user interfaces and application features.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, adhering to best practices and design principles.
  • Optimize application performance and identify and resolve any performance bottlenecks.
  • Design and implement reusable and maintainable code, following best practices and architectural patterns.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies, and continuously improve technical skills.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, reviewing their code and providing constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Expertise in front-end development using Angular/React HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
  • Proven experience in leading development efforts, guiding and mentoring junior team members, and driving successful project outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate, and strong experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Proficiency in developing server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js), with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), including experience with data modeling, performance optimization, and query optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code reviews, version control, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, present technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and influence decision-making processes.
